First of all we should mention the most dangerous myth – the starvation is the best diet. The starvation is the worse choice for those who want to lose their weight. The starvation may result in a number of diseases but will never result in loss of weight. The stomachs' urge for eating is not only a reveal of hunger but a reminder about necessary process. Your body needs a food to operate in the right way. In case if you deprive your body of the food it will eat your muscles and than those muscles will be replaced with a fat you wanted to get rid of.

Another popular myth is about the "eating-hours". People say that in order to lose the weight it is enough to stop eating after 18 pm. Though, it is just another myth. Our organisms handle with the fat we eat no matter on the time the fat was delivered in the stomach. Even if you will eat at 2 o'clock am there us no fat will be stored in your body. But, the fat will damage your figure if you eat more fats than your body need. The extra fat is the fat that won't be handled even if you will eat it early in the morning. The only harm from the night-eating is the bad-sleep. Your body won't have a rest if you will fall asleep full up.

There are a lot of women who do their physical trainings on an empty stomach as they believe that it will give them opportunity to reduce the amount of fats in their organism. It is not right. When you eat before physical training it provides your body with carbohydrates the organism burns while physical trainings. If there are no carbohydrates to use the organism replaces those with muscles, as a result the same effect you have as you are starving. The muscles organism used during physical trainings are replaced with fat, and so you don't lose your weight but increase it.

Actually, if you want to become slender it is better to eat healthy and go for some sport. The physical trainings are the best way to keep your body in fit. No diet is able to give such results the physical trainings are able to give. Stop torturing your body with restrictions and starvation and do more physical trainings. No matter on the amount of the food you eat the physical activity will help you to stay in fir and be as slender as you want to be.
